What Motivates What I Do?

Since childhood, I've been driven by a strong belief in social justice and the universal potential for human flourishing. This conviction has ignited in me a desire to contribute personally to the wellbeing of our world. As Malala Yousafzai wisely stated, “When the whole world is silent, even one voice becomes powerful.” This great truth underscores the impact each individual can have, emphasizing that every human being holds the power to instigate change and challenge injustice.

My sense of justice and fairness guided me toward an interdisciplinary approach in my studies. My exploration of law, policy, ethics, forensics, artificial intelligence, global health, and human rights has unveiled a world of possibilities, equipping me with the essential knowledge and skills to address the pressing issues of injustice and the common good. This journey defines my purpose: as a researcher, an international journal reviewer, and a contributor to global organizations, I strive to use my expertise and voice to combat social inequities, inequalities, and human rights violations, all in the pursuit of collective human thriving.

Throughout my career, I have mostly dedicated myself to international humanitarian and human rights organizations, including the United Nations, driven by the belief that our humanity remains incomplete if we fail to honour the rights of the weakest and most vulnerable among us. This mission will continue to guide my efforts, for I am resolute in the belief that our shared humanity demands unwavering advocacy for justice and equality.
